FSC BACKGROUND

FSC Business Consultants was started in 1974 to assist a small company in Tacoma that wanted to raise money for expansion and to pay off high interest short term debt. Rather than issue stock and dilute the owners equity, we were able to set up a debt issue at a more favorable rate and for a longer period of time. Since then, FSC has assisted many individuals and small companies achieve the success their potential.

MIKE'S BACKGROUND

Mike Dolan, owner, has been directly involved with a wide range of small businesses for more than thirty years; including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and small retailers with a primary focus on professional service providers. In addition, he spent 10 years in Boeing Finance, eventually as the Overhead Cost Manager during the consolidation of the MacDonald-Douglas acquisition. His wide range of experience is a benefit to the clients he serves.

TINA'S BACKGROUND

Tina Jarvis, owner, has over twenty years experience as a financial analyst with major international insurance companies. Currently consulting with the Forgotten Children’s Fund, Tina is reorganizing the books and developing proper financial policies and procedures. Tina is a volunteer with the M-BAR-C Ranch providing administrative support for their children’s programs and is a member of Soroptimists International. Tina and Mike enjoy getting out in their motor home as well as on their bikes or on foot in the mountains.
